Can you measure and install for me?

Our blinds, sheers and shutters are so easy to install that we’re confident you can both measure and install yourself in just minutes. To help, we’ve created step-by-step videos with easy to follow instructions that will guide you through the measuring and installation process. This saves you literally hundreds of dollars in installation cost. If you do however run into some serious difficulties, or just want some reassurance of how easy it is to install.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please watch our step-by-step videos to guide you through the measuring process, so the margin for error is at a minimum. We recommend measuring two or three times before reviewing your cart – to confirm you have entered the details correctly – before completing your order. We also understand that we’re all human, so if you realise after you have placed your order that you have made a mistake, please email us within 24 hours and we can amend your order. Unfortunately, after 24 hours we’re unable to offer a refund on your custom-made shutters as your order will have been processed to be made by our eager team.

How different are colours in real life vs the website?

All computer monitors display colours differently which is why we recommend ordering free samples prior to placing your order if you are not totally sure about which colour you prefer. We offer three shutters colours as (in our combined 60 years of experience in the industry) these are chosen 99% of the time and it minimises confusion.

How long does delivery take?

Timber Shutters: 6-8 weeks
PVC Shutters: 3 weeks
Roller Blinds: 3 weeks
Sheer Curtains: 3 weeks
The above timeline is a general guide and true for 99% of cases.
If however, we experience an unforeseen hold up, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of it.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer $30 shipping Australia wide! *With the expection of some rural areas. We'll be in touch if a shipping fee incurs on your order

What happens if my products are damaged in transit?

It doesn’t happen often, but on the odd occasion when your products may be damaged during transit we ask that you inspect and report any damage to us via email within five days of receiving delivery so we can make arrangements for you. If we’re not notified within this period, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement of goods. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.

Can I collect the order myself rather than have it delivered?

Yes, this is possible. Please select ‘Free pickup’ at Check-out and we will notify you once your goods are ready to be collected from our warehouse (at port locations). Make sure you take note of the size of your order and bring an appropriate vehicle and strappings to ensure you can get your goods home, safe and sound.
