SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order is processed, it takes approximately:
6 – 8 weeks for Timber Shutters
3 weeks for Roller Blinds
3 weeks for Sheer Curtains
3 weeks for PVC Shutters
The above timeline is a general guide and true for 99% of cases.
If however, we experience an unforeseen hold up, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of it.
We offer FREE shipping to metro areas and standard flat shipping rate is $45 (Inc. GST) per order for all other areas we currently service.
What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
It doesn’t happen often, but on the odd occasion when your products may be damaged during transit we ask that you inspect and report any damage to us via email within fivedays of receiving delivery so we can make arrangements for you.
If we’re not notified within this period, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement of goods.

Return & Exchange Policy
We manufacture our shutters using the highest quality machinery, timbers and paints.
Our timber shutters are covered by a 15-year structural warranty.
This warranty is extended to you as the original purchaser, for as long as you own the shutters in a residential application.
Our product warranty states your shutters will be free from defects in material and workmanship for this period of time.

Our shutters are custom made to your specifications, so they are unsuitable for re-sale.
Please ensure you check all details thoroughly before finalising your order.
If it is deemed that the fault was made in production of the product, the product will be remade and replaced in full at no extra charge. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more info.
Our product guarantees cover you against any defects or production errors and if the product is deemed faulty, we will replace it, free of charge.
While we cover faulty products and delivery damage, our guarantee does not apply to a change of mind on your order
